This video tells the story of Air India Flight 171, the deadliest aviation disaster in India's recent history and the first-ever fatal crash of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. On June 12, 2025, a London-bound Boeing 787 carrying 242 people took off from Ahmedabad and crashed 32 seconds later, killing 260 people total. At the center of the story is one line captured on the cockpit voice recorder that has haunted investigators for a year: one pilot asks the other "Why did you cut off the fuel?" — the other pilot answers, "I didn't do it." One year on, the full investigation report was promised for today and has just been delayed. Nobody has fully answered that question yet.
